The Shop
Steaks, sausage, bacon, jerky, and a wall of good things for the pantry, right up front at the counter. Open to everybody.
Walk in. No appointment, no animal required.
A lot of folks figure you have to bring us a beef to buy from us. Not so. The retail case is open to anybody who walks through the door, same hours as the shop. Grab a couple of ribeyes for the weekend, a pound of bacon, or a jar of something for the road.
What's in the case changes with what we've cut that week. If you're driving in for something specific, call first and we'll tell you if it's here.

Honey, Tallow & Oils
The honey comes from a local beekeeper. The tallow is ours, rendered in the shop, in tubs for the kitchen and worked into lotion and soap.
